Turbo Rear Housing Sizes?

Ok this is probably a noob question but when it comes to rear turbo housings what's it mean by 0.63, 0.70,0.82? I know it's rear housing size but what's the numbers actually mean like is smaller means more response or bigger means more power??

Please help me understand.

think of it like straw size...if you blow through a bigger straw its less restrictive but the air will have a slower velocity than if you blow through a smaller straw but working harder to blow through the straw....its all about getting air in and out of the motor with the least amount of restriction.

Area of the nozzle (at the end of the turbine inlet, pointing onto the circumference of the turbine), divided by the radius of that nozzle from the turbine's axis.
