Turbos From Yahoo Auctions Japan

Hey guys, I'm looking to buy a pair of hks gt2530's from Yahoo auctions Japan (pretty much japlands eBay). There are heaps of clean looking, refurbished turbos at pretty decent prices (starting at about $2500). Unfortunately though being in Japanese I can't read anything and when translated using Google nothing makes sense so what I'm wondering is if anyone has used Yahoo auctions Japan before and is there anything in particular I should be looking for when buying turbos from Japan, e.g. Do they have a bad rep for dodgy rebuilds, fake ads or anything like that?

Why not just get a new set of -5's? They're is only a bee's dick of difference (not really worth writing home about), brand new and no risk.

I've tried to read as many threads as possible but get a lot of mixed information regarding the -5 vs 2530's, what is the difference in terms of feel and power?
