Looks like a cam shaft position sensor (unsure of bank). Will no doubt need a new sensor.

I had 0345 come up the other day which isn't on the list. Scotty scanned it for me with his snap on scanner. It came up as camshaft sensor bank a (drivers side) had me going again in under an hour with a spare sensor he had. Absolute legend that Scotty[emoji106]

Check engine light on so did the sequence and im getting 805 and cant find it anywhere unless im reading it wrong ?

Edit..

Code was read wrong 1805 as i just dismissed first flash. Its faulty stop lamp switch.

According to nissan fast parts program 22433-al615 and 22433-al61c are interchangeable parts as the included screenshot shows.
