apparently i wasnt showing off or anything, i was just going about normally, when you guys just sped past me and slowed down again.. i was just keeping a mate in sight.. as said earlier i didnt know about the roads. Even when left lane ended i gave signal to merge into right lane but as soon as i started moving in i saw the skyline started to gain speeds again... i didnt mean to do anything. Sorry about that though...i was also not allowed to speed as i was with my wife. i had no issues with any other members.

I lost sight of my mate right after leaving the carpark, where a skyline stopped, i stopped bit ahead and saw a white r34 stopped by to help so i continued. I guess we just a little misunderstanding.... cheers

No excuse for undertaking at a ridiculous speed after a lane ends. that's dangerous and stupid. It's illegal to undertake at all. the op said follow road rules.

Not weighing into the above conversation at all, but actually it is legal to undertake give there are marked lanes, and it is considered safe to do so.

^^^ This is what I saw...

While the showboating by the 2 skylines wasn't excessive what really annoyed me (being stuck behind them) was they'd showboat on the overtaking lanes, driving like the type of dick's they're complaining about, but then when it came to a slight bend (remember this is in the first half) it was all brake lights to well below speed limit... I'm talking bends with no recommended speed reduction signs...

After that I was reallyglad to be in the first group that left the truck stop, these guys knew how to drive!

Overall a fantastic cruise.

It's also dangerous and stupid to take people's account of things as truth.

He said he went into emergency lane after lane ended.

Very well, but this isn't what I'm posting about. Let's review what you said...

It is clearly not illegal to undertake. It is obviously illegal to undertake where there isn't a lane or where there is unmarked lanes. No one would argue that one, it's just common sense.

Okay both were driving like dickheads

I probably should have said that, I thought the three of them were friends the way they were continuously overtaking each other.

But I hate above all else when people living in glass houses throw stones.

He said the the lane was ending so he speed up to try and squeeze in.

Try and do that in front of a cop and see if that's legal.

Obviously you can undertake on highway if someone is in the right lane and going 70km/h other wise everyone would have to stop and go to 70km/h

Let's not get started on the legitimacy or logic of road rules...

For all we know he was just keeping left like he's suppose to, and the guy in the right lane was slowing down due to a slight bend coming up :P relativity's a bitch in these situations.

Dude, take a breath, and actually read.

What I said was that I'm not getting involved in what did/didn't happen. Wasn't there, don't have an opinion.

Do you see the difference in the above posts? That is all I'm trying to convey. You can undertake on the left on marked lanes if safe to do so. End of my point.
