Hey everyone im new here,

ive had my GTR for about a month now and loving it drives and goes great.

Now about a couple of weeks ago i was getting on the m5 and gave it a bit of a hit..

It kicked out in 2nd then i shift 3rd n kick out again then once i straighten up i noticed that my steering wheel was slightly angle to the left while i was going straight.

i also notice that even doing 100kph it was losing a bit of traction every time i when on the power ( was raining), after driving like this for 10mins shitting my self it then dawn on me that it felt like the car was crabwalking once i slowed down getting off the steering went back to normal and the car didnt feel on edge.Today i felt the same thing once i hit over 100kph..

Would any one know what would be causing this?

i do want to try and keep the original rear wheel steer...

Thank you for all suggestions/advice in advance!

Cheers

Kosta

Buy a HICAS elimination kit from the likes of Tomei or by an elimination bar or new rod ends to eliminate it or do a DIY solution or or or. There are loads of ways. Have a search there are loads of threads on this very subject.

As for the 10%. Stop. You will get yourself in no end of trouble and very possibly others. Join a club. Get a cams licence. Do track days. You will quickly discover how much fun doing things properly and responsibly is and also how lame driving like a muppet on the road is. Please do this. It is not difficult.

Strangly enough if its crab walking in a straight line under power, in our case it was the rear subframe bushes were shot so we slipped in some Alloy collars to lock it.

Problem solved, Hicas was still working, car stayed straight under power when in a straight line.
