Gotta replace these for a warrant, see the bush at the far right of the photo: post-93528-14181830067647_thumb.jpg

Nissan want $150 per side for the whole arm, I found a supplier locally of v35 skyline bushings (think they are Thailand NOK) part no. Bu129 for the same arm-$66 each. Anyone know if these are the same for m35s?

Advice for pressing these in?

Obviously I have seen the 'Febest' brand versions on eBay and Amazon for US$25, but a little wary of the quality at that price- anyone have dealings w the cheaper bushes lurking on the net?

Cheers

No one has thoughts on this?

Can't find any definitive answers on whether a V35 bush will fit, or what exactly is needed to pull out and push in. Grateful for any guidance...

$150 for a complete OEM arm, with bushings? Sounds like a bloody great deal to me!

[edit] Or do you mean all the bushings for the arm? [/edit]

This bush is well known for wearing out, I've got superpro caster bushes installed. The kit was probably $120? Was around $200 total after install. V35 I believe use the same part as well as Z33?

Easier to get a workshop to do it. A press will be needed.

Just as an FYI, this has been covered quite a few times. I understand that searching can be time consuming but the information and part numbers are about. Also checking the superpro website will also give you generic diagrams of which bush is which.

Yep you have point that there is a bit info on here, but I only found the good stuff once I realised I should search by 'compression rod'.

I am also keen to learn the pull press process as I usually prefer doing as much myself as I can, as a general rule.

Think what I'll do is pull both arms off and take them into a shop with my bushes and get them swapped over. Tricky trying to get it done when the stags my only daily.

    • Kaizo Industries put a VIN plate over where the Nissan plate would go. It was part of how they broke the law and attracted feds going after them.
    • Reasonably hard, although I haven't run it with the new Endless setup yet. The old brakes were F50's on 335mm rotors and the car did a 1:40.6 at Phillip Island which is a reasonable time, I'm seeing high 600s on the temperature paint. A guy I know ran the Endless fluid at WTAC without issues and he was doing 1:33's I think (Evo) with a 355/332 setup. I don't get out to the track as much as I'd like but we put the car on the hoist and spanner check every bolt and re-paint mark everything, bleed the brakes, change the fuel, check the coolant system and re-bleed blah blah blah before every event. Motorsport is expensive, RB's are expensive so a couple of hours before an event is time well spent. It's also a net time saving because if you can keep your RB from self destructing it saves you time in the long term!

    • Hello! I'm new here, I have an R33 GTST that is currently being finished up! Last year was pretty rough, blew two stock turbos so I decided to build the car. Has been down since November, but I get it back next weekend!
    • Hello, I believe my car was imported to America in the 2000s by Kaizo Industries. Would anyone be able to help me find more info on them? I've only found all the basic stuff like that paul walker bnr34, them being shutdown by feds, just stuff like that. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
