Nismo Clusters From Factory?

Hey guys, might be a dumb question but obviously I don't know the answer and searching didn't help. I'm wondering if R32 GTR's came out factory with the 260km cluster? Reason I'm asking is because I got near factory compression from a 22 year old motor with 140,000+km and was thinking this might be because the dash was changed to a Nismo one with higher km's at some time in its life.

140 000 k's is not surprising to have great compression.

I doubt someone wound your speedo forwards!

Nah - 32 GTRs did not come with Nismo 260kmph clusters

Your Nismo Cluster at 140,000kms is likely on the low side for your GTR.

So yes OEM swapped out and Nismo swapped in at some stage and likely actually has less kms than the body/engine.

That's 6300 kms per year
