Hi i have a R32 still with its RB20DET some how I have managed to snap my number 6 spark plug and only the thread was left

Then I managed to snap an ezy-out trying to remove the thread

From that became this

I don't currently have a job and can not afford to take the head off if anyone knows a way to fix it please can you let me know I appreciate any help I can get with it at the moment.

I have tried Peter Whitefoot already and he couldn't fix it.

Snapping an easy off is the real problem as they are hardened.

Are there mobile thread repairers in your area? They could have got the broken plug out very easily.

They might still be able to help, but there will be a heap of crap drop into the cylinder. Meaning head off would be the only way of doing it properly.

Edit. Peter is a thread guy , so no good there.

That easy out looks crap. ... heap tools are poor economy.

unfortunately it'll be a head off job dude. Because of where it is broken makes it near on impossible to get anything in there.

This is why it pays to put a dob of never seize or grease on the threads every plug change
