"if You Happen To Be A Member, Resign - And Do It Now!" Thread

Recommended Posts

SAU.NSW has a Code Of Conduct. You signed it as you applied for Membership.

Last night, a white R32 GT-R was seen to be speeding excessively (according to Fb) and leading a 'merry' chase involving over 10 police cars out Western Sydey.

If you're on here and you are a Member, resign - and do it now!

You are a menace to our Club - and do nothing for its reputation!

If any other people know his number plate#, can you report it to an Exec Board Member please? Ta.

If you own the car and it was stolen, also report the Rego# to the Execs (since you've already gone to the Police).

Thanks for looking down on this turd with disgust.

Code of Conduct has the condition Drew that behaviour (on the road) must not bring SAU.NSW into disrepute. But you knew that. It's on our Membership Application Form.

yes. but until such time that the person is identified as a member of sau:nsw I would refrain from head hunting.

All this thread achieves is to highlight that there has allegedly been an incident involving a skyline.

If it so happens that the person is a member of sau:nsw action will be taken by the exec committee, and only by the exec committee.

it does, but unless the car or driver are seen/announce the club name or association, how are they bringing the club into disrepute?

That's what our Code Of Conduct includes on our Membership Application; that the Applicant doesn't bring SAU into disrepute eg with the sticker on whilst hooning.

If I saw a Skyline driver doing maniacal or idiotic things whilst the SAU sticker was on his window, I'd feel like ripping it OFF!

...but first I'd check with zebra on the Executive.
