Trust Airinx Pod Fillters

Got a couple trust airinx pod filters that came with a hard intake piping kit, my mechanic put them on when I got the motor rebuilt. My concerns are they haven't been oiled n they are a foam filter, a course one at that n they just look a little dodgy to me. Firstly are they meant to be oiled? Is normal motorbike air cleaner oil good? And secondly even when they're oiled are they any good?

What's wrong with the stock airbox?

If you still have it, put it back in and sell those off.

No I've never had a stock air box, maybe I should see if I can find some k&n ones that'll fit

They aren't designed to be oiled and they won't filter much, even a ling long dim sim 3A Racing filter, filters better

They also fall apart and get sucked into the turbos

Yer they seemed very poor to me, I bout a pair of k&n filters the other day n put on. Removed the z32 afm's that I haven't bn using for years n replaced them with a nice shiny pipes while I was at it.
