looking to buy (or rent) some stock good condition gear to get a 32 gtr over the pits in SA

Stock struts

stock exhaust

stock airboxes

stock headlights

rear wiper

hicas system to replace lock bar
i will update if i need any other gear.

You don't need a stock exhaust unless you are just trying to not get any attention at all.

I went through regency full inspection in my vl years ago, with a 3inch exhaust with one muffler and a huge amount of steel wool with a baffle no worries, as have mates.

Especially for an id check.

My motorbike had a loud exhaust quietened with the same method for the id check, turns out they never even started the bike.

So long as your car is quiet driving in no worries.
