Vibration From Driveline At Max Torque.

Hi all,

My r32 rb20det can be heard vibrating and is felt through the gear lever when hitting max torque, particularly in the lower gears on full boost. When not on boost or mild boost, all is good.

I was told the flywheel wasn't resurfaced before the new clutch was installed as it didnt 'look' like it needed a resurface.

Would this cause the vibration? I dont believe it is drive shaft related as it happens at any speed but correct me if I'm wrong

I'm looking at getting this rectified asap as i know it can cause damage.

Is the centre bearing rubber mounted? Cars with rubber mounted centre bearing will experience this when the rubber starts to fail, although by the time it starts to vibrate, failure is almost imminent.
