The satin finish on the lip looks great!

I've plastidipped the chromed plated grille on my NM35, and the finish has stood up far better than I ever expected.
It gets loads of freeway kilometres, and hasn't got a single mark or stonechip in over 6 months.

done f**k all on the car apart from driving it and being on holidays,
however the new leather boots finally arrived.

old ones were shagged out and even they were aftermarket.

found out, not surprisingly that almost all of the clips have broken underneath which hold the boot on

need to track down one which hasnt been broken...... bet thats not gonna be easy.

pmed

clutch pedal started squeaking recently, wasnt the clutch pedal bracket so checked out the gearbox side and found out there is no rubber boot on the clutch fork pivot bit.

sprayed some lube on it and it has hushed down, but where would i get a rubber boot from, looks like i can just get it on over the clutch fork without taking much apart but can you get them new anywhere?

still been doing f**k all apart from doing the daily shit.

did however pop down to see Paul Pavlou motors who were nice enough to find a spot of free time and popped her on the Dyno to get a base power read out.
took the opportunity to bump the boost up till the engine was happy.

to be honest i was quite surprised at the power out put but more importantly the torque output! made bucket loads. and it feels like it too. pulls like a motherf**ker for a stock car.

10psi base run - 14 psi final run.

used a GFB bleed valve for now which holds the boost well, no drop or spike.

now i havn't tuned anything just bumped the boost up keeping an eye on the AFR which stayed happy, nice and safe.

Took it on the adelaide four six rotary cruse last night through the hills which gave me a good change to test it out properly and she pulls along nicely. also it shoots flames occasionally.... so the car behind me said :P

makes me want to get a haltech in there...

insignificant update of putting leds in the number plate lights, but jebus, how f**king dirty did these want to be.
has to use headlight polish to get through the shit.

also it turns out the red reverse light was some super hard to get off (and quite good quality) layover wrap stuff. so thats coming off.

also need to sort out the annoying over tensioned timing belt noise. shits me at idle.
gonna replace obviously the timing belt and associated parts

would this be the cheapest option? if you have the hookup let me know ;)
is this the preferred option?

Should i do the water pump as well?
yeah lets do the water pump too...

should i get an N! pump while im there? i think there just a better impeller blade design yeah? not like the n1 thermostat which f**ks with street driven cars?
