Can you get a quick or short shift gear stick for this type of gearbox? If so what does it look like and where can i get one.

Ets-pro would be the way to go as mentioned it only uses it's own g sensor for the system (and that's it) so you wouldn't need any of the nissan sensors or atessa ecu.
