Recently bought an RS260 Autech Stagea, the issue I'm having is that it makes a grinding noise when the car is in gear and clutch pedal is released at the normal rate of speed. If it's released fast, the noise isn't there. It does it in first as well as reverse, and I'm guessing all other gears but you normally release clutch pedal quicker once driving so not really an issue then. It basically sounds like you're trying to put the car in gear without pressing the clutch in first, it's a fast sounding higher pitched noise, like a gear with many smaller, tightly arranged teeth on it. It drives fine and no dash lights apart from the airbag which only came on recently. Also the 4WD fuse was actually pulled out and sitting in an unused slot when I bought the car. 4WD light was lit on dash as well, but after putting the fuse back in it turned off.

BTW, it does not crunch when shifting into gears, that's all fine, just when clutch is engaging at about the half up pedal position.

I'm not sure, it is quite heavy on the pedal, considering the clutch master has a booster on it as well, it does feel quite hard to press. Doing lower outer ball joints at the moment, I'll see if it's the clutch once it's back on the ground again. Thanks
