Am I Missing Something Here ? 3 Speed Gearset

I got this Reimax 3speed gearset on yahoo auction it stated it was a used kit for 1000kms and was in very good condition and WPC.



Then, I came back to the auction page and not sure if google translation got updated or they edited their auction but it now stated '' repair parts'' ''shortage''. So I finally got the kit... everything look in superb condition, but when I compare to a OS giken gearset..

it has 3 big gears and 4 gears on the shaft, I actually have 3.. so am I missing a gear here ? could I buy a replacement from os giken or reimax ? can I use the OEM ?
