What Clutch?

Just need some help on deciding on what clutch to go, i have a r32 gtr with 240kw, but will hopefully be making 300kw soon, any suggestions welcome. (also i have a gacked ankle from a motorcycle accident so i need something that won't be too heavy)

Most basic aftermarket ones have a standard feel.

We use to have a Exedy Heavy duty in which falls into your power goals, you wouldnt have known it was anything other than a standard one, bite and feel felt stock.

Or call Jim Berry from raceclutch, tell him your requirements and he can build you what you need, he probably has one sitting on the shelf.....

Is that excedy with a different flywheel? i gave jim berry a call last week but his moving shop and won't be up and running for a couple months at least,

Why not their single plate? will it not hold the power or will it be too heavy?

i got a excedy heavy duty clutch with a machined flywheel. I got 280rwkw, its easy just a little heavier than stock

Anyone know how much the nismo single will hold? Got that and matching lightened flywheel for a steal. Currently running an extreme hd metal clutch. Is a major PITA to drive

It will hold 300rwkw no worries

Id just get the twin for the extra bit you would need to spend

Rating on the Nismo site for Super Coppermix single plate is 420ps.

So I would think that it is think around 280kw atw is maxing it.

I had mine at 300rwkw.. Didn't have a problem

sweet. not sure what power i'll be making after the retune but hoping for a tad over 300 so might need to offload this and find something else.

nismo coppermix single plate good for just over 300kw and very soft apparently or twin plate if your planning for more then 300kw

I would say if you are hunting bigger figures in the future go a twin plate nismo.
