Headlights Keep Blowing In R34 Gt-t

Hi,

I have a R34 GT-T and the globe on the drivers side keeps blowing for some reason. I've tried replacing it with xenon globes H1 100w and also the halogen globes. Some times it will switch and the passenger side light will blow and the drivers side will be fine.

Not too sure exactly what the problem could be, I'm assuming it may be the wiring but I don't know too much about that.

Sounds like some wires were switched. Check to see if your headlight wiring or harness wiring has been altered

What's the voltage to the battery when the car is at approx. 2500-3000rpm?

I'm not too sure. I'll have to see if I can find someone with a voltage meter to check

And your making sure not to touch the globe with your fingers yeah?

Those usually blow regardless of the condition of your electrical system

yeah I haven't touched the bulbs with my fingers.

I'll have to see if I can find someone to check the electrics, I've just replaced the globes with 2 new ones and they have both blown within 3 days
