help needed to get a nav disk for a 2003 v35 jap import pleas help.

The Jp nav system in our V35s does not work in Australia. Fullstop.

My v35 didn't come with one so I bought one off yahoo auctions through Import Monsters

You don't need a disk in to do that. Do you mean you are looking for the whole DVD-Rom navi setup?

my screen wont turn on so i thought it was because i had no disk to make it work

Nope, it works just the same without the disk.

Do you have a navi dvd-rom in the little glove box thingo above the main glove box? I would get in behind the dash (by removing the glove box) and check the it is plugged in.

Hi Buddy 54,

I have the same issue in a 2005 V35 screen will go up but nothing on the display. My screen has been like this since i purchased the vehicle, never bothered to look into this but having some onboard computer information would be handy, i too do not have a nav disk but this would serve only for the navigation system.

Let us know how you go i might pock my head behind my dash to see if the display has power.

Just press the top left button under the screen.

If she talks to you then it's connected and the disc is in there. Then you know there is something wrong with the screen

Got car screen dosnt come on all conected to dvd car had to jump started & now srs light flashing & check eng light on I need help to to turn lights off .Thanks

If the car is jump started wrong it can blow fuses.
