Well it is the ribbon how & where do I get one. I have put all back to gether no radio & air con contols not working not having much luck .Thiking to trash radio & get a dvd gps will need double din fascia any help would be good thanks.

Some wreckers might have a ribbon for the screen. Is it broken or just come out. If your radio and aircon arent working then you have probably damaged the other ribbon beneath the radio which powers the front facia.

Ribbon is broken just orderd a double din and new dvd radio so i will have to find some wreckers to get a ribbon .

I hope you didnt get the metra kit. You should be able to get a ribbon from a jap wrecker.

Shit buttons the colour is off and they are brittle tend to crack from vibrations and around buttons

Send a message to the supplier that you made a mistake. Try anything to get out of it. They shouldnt even be aloud to make them.

Either cut up the OEM one ideally by someone who knows what they are doing or buy a double din OEM one from Japan

You cant cut up the old dash. The circuit board is intergrated with the radio. Cut a hole in it then you wont have AC controls
