How Much Lift Can Rb25 Vct Cams Take Safely Whilst Keeping Vct 9.5?

Pretty much as the title says. Or is it just better to get camtech to make some 256 9.0 lift cams and be done?

I run the 272 9mm lift camtech with vct

There's not really a blanket answer, because the lift you can get away with at lower duration will become a problem at longer durations (with VCT still working). What the actual numbers are....I dunno.
