Are they the same pressure plate etc bar the flywheel being a dual mass one?

...and can you buy the parts separate, i.e the R34 flywheel? I'm looking at putting a R34 gearbox in my R32 (R33 gearbox already) and want to keep my Coppermix clutch

Different.

Doing this myself, but just getting the nismo conversion kit (its cheap here in Japan)

probably better of buying complete clutch and using your old one for spares should the need arise
