Hey

I have a set of Cazman adjustable toe arms which have been serving me well, but recently they have become loose at the point circled below:

It's the part that connects to the hub, it's bolted on rather than welded. It needs to be tightened because it moves around and causes heaps of squeaking. I was wondering if anybody knows just how tight it should be?

Also how tight should the two adjustable nuts be? Should I tighten the hell out of them?

Cheers for any help

What size thread? I can get you some standard torque specs

But being what they are, it doesnt mean my std torque will be right for that suspension arm. Im assuming you have crowsfoot spanner sockets if you are going to torque them?

I had trouble with my caster rod nuts coming loose; dab on some blue loctite when doing them up. Will gum up the threads to stop vibrating loose but still able to undo when needed easy enough.

This.

I Loctite ALL suspension bolts/nuts when re-installing. Except for the adjustment threads obviously.
