Haltech Elite On A M35

I assume someone other than Leks knows what box/clutch he used??? I heard of some people using a box from a 1JZ?!?

I know some people have thought about this in length (Sorry Scotty) but i am still catching up and i can;t find answers to some of this in the manual conversion thread

I've had a look at the Elite software and the much touted factory CAN integration isn't as good as I first thought. There is a just a drop down to choose the CAN system to run, but there is no Nissan stuff to choose from. I was hoping there would be the option to put CAN info into the ecu.

The dash and box are controlled by CAN aren't they?

Yes, a Haltech CAN for data (Wo2, temp sensors etc) and an OBD2 CAN for compliant obd2 cars. It won't ever work on the orphan M35 CAN line, unless Haltech heavily reprogram it which aint gonna happen.

Ok so this is following the 350z path that Scotty has mentioned. Sourcing that stuff in Adelaide will be fairly simple.

Still in the same spot for tuning options however but i'll persist
