Im not 100% sure sorry. Nismo dont list them to suit however, if your car has the 10mm (m10 x 1.25) thread, then it should fit.

I had a bit of search on this but couldnt find anything sorry. Do you know the dimensions of the shifter thread/stick section?

This won't fit a Z33,Z34 or thei respective V models as they all have 6 speeds using the M12x1.25 threads

Is there some trick to making this fit a GTR? Won't fit my R34. Is there supposed to be a plastic insert inside it?

According to Nismo they are supposed to fit. There is no insert. They are threaded internally.
