Hello guys and gals, new to this site and wanted to ask a silly question since i recently got a r34 vspec. Im looking at removing the front bumper (is there a thread for bumper removal) to install new intercooler. Wondering if you guys know the lifting points on the car so i can place my jack stands on the correct spots. Please let me know if you can help me out. Thanks alot for your help :)

chassis rails are quite soft, I have bent them before. With a block of wood to spread the load you should be OK but make sure your lifting setup is solid and not going to fall off the jack.

Axle stands - Crossmember at the front, subframe at the back. Those will NEVER move :)

Dont use the chassis rails there are 4 points on the sils that have a lump for the jack stands to sit in nicely and are a solid point, using the cross member is fine aswell but rails will bend

Don't see a way to use these without crushing the surrounding "seams"
