What are you using as a measurement of lag?
The Tacho?
Or the dyno reading?

Well both really cos it's what my tuner said was happening and what I've seen from my gauges driving around a bit

Im more leaning towards around 500rpm with vct switched off minium, get vct working, it will make the car completey different.

when my vct is turned off, its a dog shit 500hp.

Just dropped it off to get vct hooked up and a slight miss sorted will see how it plays out....

Wow. I dont see why you wouldnt want the vtc.

My vote would be vtc 100% if you have stock cams. And as for tuner its always nice to compare against other guys and see which one take the time to educate you and then can give you a good documented result.

You want it to come on quicker and harder? Get VCT going like others have mentioned.

It's day/night difference in terms of low down torque and response.

If your tuner doesn't think so, then it's time to find a new one.

So just got my cefiro back and turns out everyone was right and vct made all the difference! It's amazing just how much difference it actually made although I lost 15kw I'm on full boost at about 4000rpm. Thanks all for the input!

So 1500 RpM better response with vct! Was can timing changed at all or just vct?

Yeh there was some tweaking of timing aswell
