Setting The Time On The Entertainment Unit In 2006 250gt (v36)

It seems that the time is set from GPS and the offset in the settings to adjust "timezone" only allows for an offset of plus or minus 59 minutes! Is this a crazy .jp centric setting or has someone figured out how to do this?

(I'm talking about a JDM model imported to NZ of course!)

Just turn it off

GPS sets it. no way to adjust it otherwise. turn it off.
