Hr31 Drivers Side Drive Shaft

Hi, in desperate need of drivers side drive shaft for hr31 passage. My car has 2 short ones in it. I pulled them both out to fit another diff and found the drivers side one loose , not caught in the diff snap ring, and after comparing the two shafts it turns out I have 2 short ones.

Any help in finding one would be much appreciated .

  Something strange I noticed is the squish pads on the cylinder head are missing. This doesn't seem super wise to do for a relatively street-oriented build? The shot of it is at 6:42. Does it look like they just machined it out for some reason? Surface finish is visibly different so my best guess is yes.
