ultra noob question, how do you know if your car is pinging?

recently got new irridium plugs dont know what temp tho.

fuel filter doesnt look real old its got a repco part no. on it?

might start with checkin the timing. it would be weird for the timing to move tho? one day it was fine the next it was playin up. it just doesnt make scence?

anyone else had this problem. if so how did you solve it?

atm just after i installed my dump pipe (so i have a 3" system all the way) i lost mid rang power just nothing until over 6K then it pulls hard but if i dont put my foot all the way to the floor it feels like it is pulling harder and wants to go..

someone tolled me it is a boost leak and when I’m on full throttle it leaks out and is over fuelling???

i have check but could not find anything or hear anything leaking anyone got any ideas how could i check for leaks??
