Have the following, $10 each

driver/passenger door trim, retrimmed in leather/vinyl fits large speaker has mdf speaker mounts to suit. good condition. $10 each

custom passenger/driver kick panels, retrimmed in black vinyl has moulded tweeter mount $10 each

drivers/passenger a pillar trims has some screw holes but no broken clips. perfect for retrimming or using to mount gauges if you dont want to cut up your own. $10 each

have a r32 clock that does work? maybe you can test your diy????

Ah damn - Was gonna jump on the clock if it worked. If it isn't working - any chance I could salvage something and fix my dying clock? Gonna pull it out in next few weeks. Do you have a pic?
