Good stuff Terry, we found him very reasonable, and gave good advice which saved us a decent bit of cash when we bought our gas hot water service.

He also came out on really short notice to unblock a drain, and didn't hit us with a callout charge because we'd used him before.

I'll always recommend guys like that.

Next paying job is for a S/S weld of a Nismo muffler to the pipe.
