Gtr Motoring

Well summer is officially done and dusted here in NZ.

Had my engine built in my R32 and running just on the eve of summer and in that time ticked up 10,000 KM's of motoring (not a daily driver).

Engine has held together and is running beautifully.

Thought that was a good effort on a new motor. Do alot of you drive long distances in GTR's? What is a good year for motoring miles?

One guy a know had a pretty identical setup to mine and he did 100,000 km's before he blew his motor (10 years) - now gone Tomei 2.8L.

blowing a motor at 100,000km is not right.
especial a "built motor" unless of course it was a big hp engine.
