Tyres That Dont Smoke Up?

I bought some shit temp tyres for the rear wheels, and when i sat it on the spot the tyres were barely smoking up, next to nothing. Left a shit load of black dust. Does this mean they are retreads?

based off drifting experience some tyre just dont really smoke ..pretty rare though. its the compound in them ie: (run flats dont smoke up or some cheapies that are hard so they last longer). So they are either crap tyres with xyz compound or they might be an old build date

Maybe you just need more power or to go up a gear. More wheel = speed more smoke.

I'd put my money on extremely old tyres that have hardened up over a long period of temperature cycles and sunlight... just as bad as retreads lol
