R32 Speedometer Swap How To?

Is there a guide here on SAU or elsewhere that outlines how to swap the speedo on an R32 gauge cluster?

I wanted to swap in a Nismo 320kph cluster into my R32 and had gotten a complete early cluster with one off ebay but the bloody seller lied about the cluster having broken tabs - both of the top mounting tabs are broken clean off. I've filed a refund claim with ebay but am considering plan B of asking for a partial refund and just swapping the Nismo speedo from this cluster into my car's cluster (and swap the bulbs to LEDs in the process) but I have no idea how to take both clusters apart to do so.

Would greatly appreciate any help you guys can give me. Thanks.

I replaced the speedo in my R33 with a Nismo one and it was simply a matter of removing two screws, taking out the old one, dropping in the new one and doing the screws up.

I would suggest that a R32 would be similar and a very easy fix. Just be careful when removing the screws and use the correct size screw driver and it should be all good.
