How To Get Out A Fuel Pump On A R33

hi I can't get my fuel pump out I have tried pull on it still will not come out .Is there a clip holding it in

thanks for reply i did find the how to but my cradle that hold's pump wont can out i it is supposed to just slide out

Slide out after unclipping it

Slides up and a little towards the hole. They can be a little tight though...

Easier when the fuel level is low and you can get a torch in there to see how it works.

i know this is bad. But i had to do this to check the pump and fittings while it was out of the tank. Old girl let out in a dark alley and my phone went dead.

Everything went better than expected, was home by 2am haha

grate the car god's can to help me, GOT IT OUT after 2 day's I did bend out the clip on the day 1 but no luck on day 2 I got the biggest pair of pliers on to the side of the cradle & pulled it up & out what bitch of a job. Thank you all for all of the reply's .

Or better yet, the sock is around the wrong way. So your fun drive home turns into a stop start drive home.
