I am pretty sure I am correct but just need some justification. Ever since I bought my Skyline two years ago, it was the first thing I noticed before even buying the car. I'm pretty sure my rear wing is not mounted in the factory position, which is a minor detail but just gets me everytime I see it and also annoys me since I can't fit a GTR wing on it as it will not sit in the factory position.

Excuse the dirtyness, storms have not allowed me to clean my car recently

It normally sits right on the edge of the boot from other Skylines I have seen.
