Rb20 Acting Up

Hey guys I've got an RB20 S13 and I keep getting a TPS and CTS fault code. I plugged in consult and the tps adjustment is between 4.98V and 5.10V which is definitely not right. Also the coolant temp reads 15* then starts climbing from there with car cold. Where should I start looking?

Used a different ecu and both readings became normal
