Rb30 Exhaust - Sreamer Q

Just curious as to what exhaust diameter you guys are using with your RB30 builds and if you are running external wastegates or not.

Reason I ask is at the mo I've been using a GT35 fitted with a 1.06 exh housing with 50mm external wastegate + screamer and 3" exhaust system (no cat) Engines been making around 580bhp @ 1.4br

Am now thinking of returning the screamer back into the exhaust system rather then open atmosphere, but will that sacrifice power, esp if I also up the boost as planning to go to 1.7br ?

You would see a fair drop in power I suspect. How much is anyone's guess.

You need a 3.5 or better still 4in exhaust.
