I have a r34 gtt s2 and was want to put a 2way centre in to it from a r33 just want to know if it's a straight swap

The centre will fit in the housing and the axles will go into it, if that's what you're asking.

If you want to put the whole diff housing into your car, then as long as the ABS sensor setup is the same, then go right ahead.

Quick question guys, I'm in the same boat, how do i get the output shafts off the diff housing on a r34 gtt? i tried hammering it and turning it, then hammering it again. BUT NO MOVEMENT

is there a cir-clip or anything? do i need to take the housing cap off to do anything first?

Yeah, where the half shaft splines sit in the splines in the centre, there's a clip that sits in some grooves. You have to convince it to come out. A slide hammer is sometimes the best tool. Other times you sneeze and they come out.
