It's no different now , Went to West Coast Hi Fi and they want 4K for an ok projector , nothing fancy and local made fixed screen what a ripoff!

I paid double that regrettable cos the base model (3k) was very very similar. But this one does have a great picture

The model that exceeds mine now is half price or less

I'm still looking around and wanted an Epson projector apparently it's good base on my research and review but found something cheaper which is not too shabby [emoji28]

After a quick glance I wouldn't recommend a cheap mitsubishi, my model appears to be the only one getting good reviews but its double your budget, $700 screen still leaves enough for a projector but.

What about sound?

Which model of Mitsubishi? Home 6000 or 7000? Sounds and surround that's another 2-3k oh god [emoji22] I might just get the Germany fixed screen made which is cheap about 1k

You can try www.projectisle.com.au they are also quite good. They also sell screen paint so can just paint screen on the wall.

got the hc7000. was about 7k. bose and amp was another 2k or so. screen about 800

It will be hard for me , I don't have time to shops around , took ages to research just on the projectors , not to mentions cables , and etc etc

Wu Tang was good! Unfortunately my favourite member (U-God) wasn't allwoed into the country

Dif was also in fine form, didn't have too long to hang out with her but imma try and twist her arm to come and visit WA next time.
