Pay via check with an extra $1 on it they send out a check for change and u dont loose the points till u cash it. Not 100% sure if it still works like that but used 2.

Apparently if I choose the 3 months ban driving I'll get my 12 points back straight Away right ? Don't have to wait every 3 years to occur ?
