Played in the back garden all weekend trying to make it look neat and pretty. Had to let the neighbours know i have a chainsaw, trimming up some yukka's

I’m suprised takeshi hasn’t pulled the yukkas out

I spent a bit of time in the veggie garden. Been over a month since we bought any veggies.

We now have 22 different veggies on the go with more going in this month.

Lately All we have needed is meat milk bread and rice. Chooks are supplying eggs and fruit trees supplying kids recesses

He's too old for that now. He's become the grumpy grandpa yelling at the kids on the lawn

Trev - solved the powdered miso crisis by dehydrating my own. Worked better than I expected, but now I need a hot tip on the best brand of miso to use. Tried some korean stuff and was slightly dissapointed by how salty it was, so if you could ask The Good Wife what brands I should be looking for, I will make it worth your while at the next bbq

We use the stuff from coles/woolies. Shiro(white) miso. Yep racist miso does exist.

I think we have previously got it from Asian supermarkets in Perth but not been that fussed either way

P.s. I won’t be at the bbq anymore as I’m driving with my sister to Darwin to help her move house
