Just about to go to bed last night and the missus opened the garage

Bloody thing failed in a big way. Bent rails n wheels, spring loaded cable jumped off sprocket and it's jammed half way up. Was up til midnight but still couldn't get it down

Bugger! Is it covered by warranty

Yeah was on our 6 month maintenance list which is due to be handed in next week due to being noisy so fully covered

That's the Day of 3 dams bike ride, 145km 2000m of elevation, that's gonna be a hard day for me
