Yea 7 would be fine. I'd say 6s might do it as well. Just depends how soon you need it and how much you want to spend.

Apply don't supply 6s to retailers anymore. Would have to be super lucky to get one.

Not really a thing, we get given maybe... 1 every 3 months.

Apple don't really support their older products, also word on the street is that the SE is about to be completely ditched, not getting the next software update (To be confirmed).

If my phone actually had some memory I'd not bother with mine but it can be frustratingly slow after taking a few photos. Also can't update so lots of apps aren't supported.

Hopefully find the wife's when we get home then we have time and don't need to rush

I'm after a dishwasher too so might kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Missus lost hers 2 days before going to Japan so will be keen to do it ASAP

I'm not "hip" and up with technology when it comes to phones. Currently have iphone 4 and forced my wife to stick with hers too. Haha

If you like the size of the 4 and don't want a bigger phone you can go the iPhone se

Ditching the se at this point would be silly on their part considering how well it sells/sold globally. They support the phones for 3-4 years after initial release.

They've made it a prepaid phone now. Locked to Telstra.

so far smooth sailing. hope its not too cold back home

You might wanna check prices of phones over there. Might be decent. iPhones have global warranty anyway.

It's not that cold here at all. Nights are abit chilly =) but days are still on the higher end of 20s =(
