Hi guys,

I thought i'd take the time to introduce myself. I am Chris and i'm from Wollongong. Currently i'm getting around in my daily N15 SSS Pulsar and on the look out for the right 32 or 33 GTR. I am no stranger to RB performance having owned a few VLT's before, one that ran 11.70 about 5 years ago. I have also owned a few other cars such as a series 4 and a series 5 RX7, VS SS Ute, clubsport etc. I have been out of the scene for the last few years as I built a house and had a family etc. and the cars had to take a back seat for a while.

I always loved GTRs and for me they are the ultimate. Therefore i want to have one taking pride of place in my garage, hopefully in the next 6 months provided the right, clean one comes up.

      I'm almost at a point where I feel like changing the alternator but I can't find brand new ones that are a decent brand. Just non branded crap. Need to check the stuff you mentioned first though.

      @Dose Pipe Sutututu I read your replies RE: R35 GTR MAFs, any ideal spots to put on? Obviously will need the adapter plate. Will be having a cross over intercooler fitted shortly, would putting it a bit before the TB be okay?

      It's certainly not the first choice, but it is a perfectly good bandaid when the alternative is to anger f**k the thing with a blowtorch. It's not just noise. It f**ks bearings.

      Funny thing is when i flexed the belt it seemed like it had the same tension as before. Like I didn't tighten anything lol. Will start the car again tommorow and see what happens
