C34 Stagea Light Swap (s1 To S2)

Hey all,

I have an S1 C34 Stagea. I bought a set of S2 tail-lights assuming they'd be a direct swap, But they aren't.

The indicator bulb holders are different sizes between S1 and S2.. I haven't had a chance to pull out the lights in the tail-gate yet to check, So just wondered if someone has done this swap before, and can tell me what plugs need to be changed, And also where i could purchase the plugs? Haven't had much luck locally..
