Looking at some disc to upgrade.

Found and was reading about the PFB direct drive floating disc seems awesome, but pricey.

What does every one think, for a 50/50 track and street car.

I would love their calipers but at $5000+ a corner I'm dreaming and think you could run a carbon brake setup instead.

The calipers yea the disc not sure?

They are twice the price of some dba 5000 series but floating wouldn't mind finding info on their composition.

K Sport or D2 for a fraction of the price.

No thanks if I didn't go these I'd use the dba rotors

If you want a hatted rotor with some actual cooling capacity have a look at project mu and Dixcel. The good thing is you can then just replace the rotor and not the hat when the things are worn. Price them up against the DBA's as a start.

If you want shiney purple Challipers then there are any number of options almost all the same. If you want callipers not from China (So not challipers) then second hand is a good start point.
