No so much car related but I get a huge amount of use out of my Ryobi 18V cordless drill. I built my whole shed with it (8X14) plus a heap of dyna bolt holes in for the poles of my second shed. It got dropped off a 4 metre ladder a heap of times and copped a flogging. It only just died the other day on the 3rd last dynabolt hole. Ryobi have a great 2 year warranty so took it back to Bunnings and walked out with a brand new one with another 2 years of warranty. Awesome!

Hoist, ratchet spanners, soldering iron, blocksplitter, not in that order.

Blocksplitter is the best hammer I've ever owned.

LOL at all you torque wrench users. I only use that for head bolts. For everything else, if the bolt head is sub 11mm I do it up with 1/4in, between 11 and 17mm is 3/8 and anything bigger is 1/2.

Also love my 900mm extension bars for bellhousing bolts.
