Adjusting Headlights

I need to adjust my head light (non xenon) lower because I am getting high-beamed by oncoming traffic way to much . I do not have the adjusting knob in the car so is there a way to do it manually from headlight itself ? Keep in mind there non xenon headlight . Thanks

Yep. As per every headlight ever they are adjustable.

Have a look, pop the bonnet and see what you can figure out. It's not rocket science.

That's what I found I have a feel that whites sproket looking thing might be it but don't want to touch it without making sure

There'll be more than that. It'll sit around the low beam plug. You can use an 8mm spanner to turn it.
